Terms of service
Short, in plain language.

The service
ProofDial tests AI voice agents and reports the failures we find, with evidence attached.
- You run simulated customer calls against your agent, or analyse recordings you provide, from your workspace.
- These terms cover the website and the self-serve platform, including the free plan.
- Paid plans are billed per the plan you select; Enterprise agreements are governed by the written order you receive.
Your authorisation
- By pointing us at an agent, you confirm you own it or are authorised to have it tested.
- We only place calls to endpoints you nominate.
What a report is, and isn't
- It is documentation of the failures our scenarios surfaced during the audit window.
- It is not a certification that your agent is failure-free, compliant with any regulation, or safe for every caller.
- Testing samples behaviour; it cannot prove the absence of defects.
Fees
- The free plan is free, with no obligation.
- Paid plans bill a fixed monthly fee for the plan you choose; upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.
Confidentiality
Your reports and recordings stay private unless you ask us to publish them. Collection, retention and deletion: Privacy & data handling.
Anonymised benchmarks
When you publish an audit, we keep an aggregate score for it and combine it with other customers' aggregates to produce the industry medians your reports compare you against. You grant us the right to do that, on these terms:
- Aggregate numbers only: call counts, rates per hundred calls and scores. Never a transcript, never audio, never your name or any other identifier.
- Your own checks are excluded.Findings from checks you configure never enter the shared pool, so your configuration cannot move anyone else's median, and theirs cannot move yours.
- Medians are published only above a minimum pool size, so no figure can be traced to a single customer.
- You can opt out at any time, in Settings. Opting out deletes the aggregates we already hold for you and stops your reports showing industry comparisons. Nothing else about your account changes, and we never price, throttle or restrict a feature on the basis of that choice.
Liability
The website and free plan are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from them is limited to what you paid for them (zero, for the free plan). Liability for paid plans is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month; Enterprise liability is set in the order agreement.
